1* OVERVIEW

概況

1*           The working/project LOCATION is in Lagos, Nigeria at the NNPC Atlas Cove Terminal. The terminal is situated on the western side of the Commodore Channel, opposite the Eko Atlantic land reclamation and development area. Berthing Dolphin 5 is located within the northern half of the New Atlas Cove Jetty and is the most northern of the five berthing dolphins of the berth..

工程地點：該項目位于尼日利亞拉各斯的NNPC阿特拉斯灣碼頭。碼頭位于Commodore海峽的西側(cè)，與Eko大西洋填海開發(fā)區(qū)相對。BD5位于新阿特拉斯灣碼頭的北半部，是5個泊位中最北端的一個。

1*           Equipment planned to be leased and its duration is shown in APPENDIX1. The quantity/period in the list is a provisional estimate, which shall not be used as the basis for settlement or claim. The settlement shall be based on the work completion sheet and the signed form of the actual equipment usage time record.

執(zhí)行計劃租賃的設(shè)備及租賃期限見附件1，清單內(nèi)的數(shù)量/工期為暫估量，不作為結(jié)算或索賠的依據(jù)，結(jié)算時以完工單及設(shè)備實際使用時間記錄簽認(rèn)表為準(zhǔn)。

1*           The Scope of Work shall include providing INQUIRER with the Equipment it needs and meets the

1*Project implementation requirements, and providing sufficient operators/managers (The quantity shall meet the requirements of the minimum safety manning, INQUIRER and its Client at the same time) to ensure the smooth implementation of work orders issued by INQUIRER.

工作范圍應(yīng)包括向詢價方提供其需要,且符合項目實施要求的設(shè)備,并配備足夠的操作手/管理人員(數(shù)量應(yīng)同時滿足最低安全人員配備、詢價方和其業(yè)主的要求), 以保證詢價方下達(dá)的工作指令順利執(zhí)行。

1*           Parameters for pile to be driven: Pile length 34*m, thickness 22mm, pile diameter 914mm.

待施打管樁參數(shù)：樁長34*m，壁厚22mm，樁徑914mm。

2*         RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE BORNE BY THE QUOTING PARTY

報價方責(zé)任

2*           QUOTING PARTY shall be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on the equipment.

報價方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的維修和保養(yǎng)。

2*           QUOTING PARTY shall constantly update all permits and certificates for the equipment in order to be in compliance with the applicable regulations.

報價方負(fù)責(zé)持續(xù)更新所有設(shè)備的許可證和證書，以符合適用規(guī)定。

2*           QUOTING PARTY shall be responsible for provide feeding and accommodation to his employees.

報價方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)為其員工提供食宿。

2*           QUOTING PARTY shall be responsible for the mobilization & demobilization of Equipment, and the inquiry party will bear the related costs (This fee needs to be clearly stated in the quotation, if such costs are already included in the unit price, please also specify).

報價方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的進(jìn)退場，相關(guān)花費(fèi)由詢價方承擔(dān)（該費(fèi)用須在報價單注明，如單價已包含該費(fèi)用，也進(jìn)行備注）。

2*           QUOTING PARTY shall take full responsible for property losses and casualties caused by equipment or operators provided by QUOTING PARTY.

租賃期內(nèi)，報價方應(yīng)對其提供的設(shè)備或操作人員造成的財產(chǎn)損失和人員傷亡負(fù)全部責(zé)任。

2*           Due to the fuel being supplied by the INQUIRY PARTY during lease period, the QUOTING PARTY shall allow the INQUIRY PARTY to supervise the consumption of fuel and comply with

2*the requirements of the INQUIRY PARTY to save corresponding expenses.

由于租賃期間燃料由詢價方提供，報價方應(yīng)允許詢價方監(jiān)督燃料消耗，并遵守詢價方的要求，

以節(jié)省相應(yīng)的費(fèi)用。

3* OTHERS

其他

3*           Please submit equipment parameter information, photos, etc. along with the quotation for our feasibility calculation

請在報價的同時報送設(shè)備參數(shù)及照片以便我方進(jìn)行可行性計算。

3*           QUOTING PARTY shall has full capacity and authority and all necessary licences, permits and consents to enter into and to perform a lease Agreement.

報價方應(yīng)有充分的能力和權(quán)力以及所有必要的執(zhí)照、許可證和同意書來訂立和履行租賃合同。

3*           Quote currency：USD /NGN, We will give priority to NGN quotation

報價貨幣：美元/奈拉,我方優(yōu)先考慮奈拉報價
