(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門面向小微企業(yè)采購，評審時小微企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持監(jiān)獄企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:?（1）Implementing quota measures to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in government procurement; supporting SMEs policy: this project is exclusively targeted at small and micro-enterprises, no price discount preference will be given to small and micro-enterprises products during evaluation.
（2）Supporting prison enterprises and welfare units for people with disabilities, treating them as equivalent to small and micro-enterprises;

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3* 本項(xiàng)目面向小微企業(yè)（含小型、微型企業(yè)）采購；
3* 未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單
3* 本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體形式投標(biāo)。
3* 供應(yīng)商單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得參加同一標(biāo)段投標(biāo)或者未劃分標(biāo)段的同一招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)。為采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項(xiàng)目的其他采購活動。
