菲律賓帕賽吹填開發(fā)項目潛水排污泵采購詢價公告

1 詢價條件（Tender Conditions）

因菲律賓帕賽吹填開發(fā)項目施工需要，采購潛水排污泵一批，現(xiàn)已具備詢價條件，根據(jù)國家法律法規(guī)和中交特種工程有限公司（以下簡稱中交特種）設(shè)備采購管理規(guī)定，通過線下公開詢價方式采購潛水排污泵一批，歡迎符合資格條件的供應(yīng)商積極參與報價。

To meet the construction needs of the Pasay Reclamation Development Project in the Philippines,A batch of submersible sewage pump has been purchased. The conditions for inquiry have now been met. In accordance with national laws and regulations and the equipment procurement management regulations of China Communications Special Engineering Co. (hereinafter referred to as China Communications Special), a batch of submersible sewage pumps will be purchased through an offline public inquiry method. Suppliers who meet the qualification requirements are welcome to participate in the bidding.

Interested bidders must carefully review the requirements and instructions in the quotation form. Refer to the attachment: *Quotation Form for submersible sewage pump in Pasay Reclamation Development Project*.  

3 報價響應(yīng)供應(yīng)商的資格要求（Qualification Requirements for Bidding Suppliers）

3*基本條件（Basic Conditions）

（1）要求供應(yīng)商實力強、具有可靠良好的資信狀況。

Suppliers must demonstrate strong capabilities and reliable credit standing.  

（2）具有獨立承擔民事責任能力。

Possess independent legal capacity to bear civil liabilities.

（3）具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和健全的財務(wù)會計制度。

Maintain good commercial reputation and sound financial accounting systems.

（4）具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備和專業(yè)技術(shù)能力。

Have necessary equipment and technical expertise to fulfill the contract.

（5）具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄。

 Maintain a valid record of tax payments and social security contributions.

（6）參加本批采購報價響應(yīng)的供應(yīng)商前三年內(nèi)沒有法律糾紛及不良記錄，在經(jīng)營活動中沒有重大違法記錄。

 No legal disputes,or major violations in business activities within the past three years.

（7）法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他條件。

 Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

（8）報價響應(yīng)供應(yīng)商必須具有完善的服務(wù)機構(gòu)和服務(wù)體系。

Bidding suppliers must have a comprehensive service network and system.  

3*具體條件（ Specific Conditions）

（1) 報價響應(yīng)供應(yīng)商應(yīng)保證：所提供的物資符合國家和項目所在國家相關(guān)行業(yè)標準；所提交的報價文件的所有內(nèi)容真實合法有效，報價響應(yīng)供應(yīng)商所提供的物資應(yīng)當符合報價及報價響應(yīng)文件的要求，無權(quán)利瑕疵，否則，應(yīng)承擔由此給詢價單位造成的一切損失及相關(guān)責任。

 Bidding suppliers must ensure that the provided material comply with national and project host country standards. All submitted documents must be truthful and legally valid. material must meet inquirer requirements and be free of ownership defects; otherwise, the supplier shall bear all resulting losses and liabilities.  

（2)不接受聯(lián)合體報價。

 Joint bids are not accepted.

4 報價文件的遞交與開標（Submission and Opening of Bids）

4* 采購人于2025年8月9日8時00分通過中交集團供應(yīng)鏈信息管理信息平臺發(fā)布采購詢價公告。請有意參與報價的供應(yīng)商在上述日期內(nèi)參與響應(yīng)（網(wǎng)址：https://zjzcw.iccec.cn）。

The purchaser will release the procurement inquiry announcement through the Supply Chain Information Management Platform of China Communications Construction Group at 8:00 on August 9, 2025 . Suppliers who are interested in participating in the quotation are requested to respond within the above-mentioned period. (Website: [https://zjzcw.iccec.cn]).  

4*不郵寄詢價文件。

No physical copies of inquiry documents will be mailed.

5 報價響應(yīng)文件的遞交（Submission of Bidding Documents）

5*電子報價響應(yīng)文件遞交的時間為：2025年8月12日15時00分前。報價響應(yīng)人應(yīng)當通過中國交建采購管理信息平臺供應(yīng)商頁面（網(wǎng)址：https://zjzcw.iccec.cn）上傳，遞交時間即為上傳成功時間。

The submission time for the electronic quotation response documents is: before 15:00 on August 12, 2025. The quotation responders should upload the documents through the supplier page of the China Communications Construction Company's procurement management information platform (website: https://zjzcw.iccec.cn), and the submission time will be the time when the upload is successful.

5*逾期未上傳成功的報價響應(yīng)文件，采購詢價人不予受理。

Late submissions will not be accepted.
