1.根據(jù)**的規(guī)定，本項目招投標工作必須在**采購云平臺上進行。本項目潛在投標人在投標前應當自行了解**采購云平臺的基本規(guī)則、要求、流程，具備網(wǎng)上投標的能力和條件，知曉并愿意承擔電子招投標可能產(chǎn)生的風險；
2.投標人須保證報名及獲取采購文件時提交的資料和所填寫內(nèi)容（郵箱必填）真實、完整、有效、一致，如因投標人遞交虛假材料或填寫信息錯誤而造成的任何損失由投標人承擔；
3.投標人應在投標截止時間前盡早加密上傳投標文件，電話通知招標**簽收投標信息，并及時查看**在**采購云平臺上的簽收情況，打印簽收回執(zhí)，以免因臨近投標截止時間上傳造成**無法在開標前完成簽收的情形。未簽收的投標文件視為投標未完成；
4.紙質(zhì)投標文件要求：投標人可于開標結(jié)束后一個工作日內(nèi)遞交叁份紙質(zhì)投標文件（正本壹份副本貳份）至**（**（港隆國際大廈）1816室）。紙質(zhì)投標文件**上傳的電子投標文件內(nèi)容一致，如有不一致以電子版為準。
