合同履約期限：建造周期：在合同簽訂后100個日歷天內(nèi)完成設計、圖紙審查、建造、檢驗、安裝、調(diào)試及碼頭初驗合格。

The Contract Period:Construction Period: The entire process, inclusive of design, drawing review, construction, inspection, installation, commissioning, and initial dock acceptance, shall be completed within 100 calendar days from contract signing.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:（1）Implementing quota measures to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in government procurement; supporting SMEs policy: this project is exclusively targeted at SMEs, no price discount preference will be given to SME products during evaluation.
（2）Supporting prison enterprises and welfare units for people with disabilities, treating them as equivalent to small and micro-enterprises;

3.2 未被“**”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單
3.3 本項目不接受聯(lián)合體形式投標，不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
3.4 供應商單位負責人為同一人或者存在控股、**的不同單位，不得參加同一標段投標或者未劃分標段的同一招標項目投標。為采購項目提供**、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。

3.3 This project does not accept Joint Bids；
3.4 If the unit leader is the same person or if there is a direct controlling or management relationship between different suppliers, they shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract;Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
